September's birthstone is sapphire, prized for its signature blue thanks to iron and titanium, though it also shows up in yellow, purple, orange, and colorless. Blue remains the classic pick, tied to wisdom, nobility, and truth. Sapphires are nearly as hard as diamonds too, ranking 9 on the Mohs scale. Never hard for us to work that energizing blue into an event.

Great design doesn't just fill a room. It transforms one.
We touched down at the Delta Flight Museum to design the 2026 Global Sales Excellence Award: a night built for the people who earned their spot on the honoree wall. A shimmering gold arch, tables dressed in Delta blue with white blooms and a glow that made every seat feel like first class. All of it staged beneath a real jet, surrounded by decades of Delta history.
Between the jets, the history, and the details, this one was a blast from concept to touchdown.

Today’s the day! The Atlanta Falcons first game of the season! 🏈🍺
Let’s throw it back to the Rise Up Oktoberfest Pregame party on the lawn outside Mercedes-Benz Stadium last season. We put a fun twist on the usual pregame — red and white checks as far as you could see, and Falcons fans out in full force before kickoff.
There was so much going on to hype the Dirty Birds. Fans went head-to-head in the B**r Stein Holding Contest (way harder than it looks, trust us), lined up to snap a photo with Falcons Legends, tested their luck at the lawn games, and danced it out while the DJ kept the energy up all afternoon. And greeting everyone at the door? Our hosts in full Bavarian style — lederhosen, dirndls, and all the festival charm, making sure every fan felt like part of the party from the second they walked in.

Congratulations to our newest Employee of the Month, Alexa Forzley!
She's a brilliant designer, a calm presence when things get loud, and genuinely hilarious. Alexa's also raising a small human, which explains a lot about the composure. Invoices, approvals, receipts, the stuff nobody wants to think about — with Alexa, we don't have to. It's done, it's right, and it was done before anyone thought to ask.
Then there's the design side, where she has a way of pulling a room together that makes everyone else stop and go, okay, how did she see that? Ask her a question and you'll get an answer worth writing down.
One year in and she's already indispensable. Congrats, Alexa. We're excited for whatever you take on next.
