Happy New Week, Beautiful People!

I’m stepping into this week with intention, gratitude, and a quiet strength that only God can give. One thing I know for sure, every new day is another chance to grow, heal, elevate, and walk boldly in purpose.

This week, I’m praying for clarity, favor, and peace… not just for me, but for everyone connected to me. If you’re reading this, I pray something good finds you unexpectedly and reminds you that you are covered, capable, and chosen.

Let’s show up with grace.
Let’s move with confidence.
Let’s believe that better is waiting on the other side of our consistency.

Transformation Tuesday

Growth isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it looks like letting go, walking away, or starting over when you thought you were finished. But every shift, every stretch, every uncomfortable moment is preparing you for the version of you that’s already on the way. Keep trusting the process, you’re transforming beautifully.

Today’s reminder:
You are worthy. You are capable. You are becoming everything you prayed for. 🌷
Take a deep breath and walk in grace — your light was never meant to be hidden.

You’ve made it through everything that was designed to break you — and you’re still standing! That’s not luck, that’s purpose.
Don’t shrink. Don’t settle. It’s your season to soar! 🦋

Sometimes life won’t go as planned — but that doesn’t mean it’s not going exactly as it should. Trust the pauses, embrace the pivots, and remember who you are in the process.
💪 Keep showing up. Keep growing. Keep glowing.

As of late, I've experienced some challenging emotions and I've noticed that some of my co-workers, friends, and family members are going through some trying times. However, I've found some relief through a professional counselor via my employer. She visits once a month for emotional support for teachers. Nevertheless, I discovered she wrote an amazing book and I was led to start a book study in hopes of helping other sisters begin their healing process. I look forward to seeing you! For the first meeting, you will not need a copy of the book.
