Loved producing, writing, mentoring, and making weird sounds with my favorite non-profit this past week. I loved creating with my friend at , giving back to the ATL Community, and meeting new friends like on the snapshot 📸. Life is wild, life is full of surprises, and I feel blessed to be able to create something out of silence on a regular basis. Congrats to all the attendees, and everyone who made this camp what it is

Back and forth to ATL and Ohio has been fun and filled with surprises. ⚡️I’m learning a lot about my own heart and what my life as an artist and professor means.

Feeling more sexy which feels weird to say. I have been told most of my life to fit into a box or narrative for others- whether it be my body, my creativity, or my time. My body is strong. My body has seen pains unimaginable, and joy taller than a hot air balloon. My body can ride a bike for hours. My body can endure heartbreak. My smile can light up a room. My heart is big. I love my big mushy heart. I won’t stand for anyone willingly or unwillingly taking pieces of me away. I have done the heart work and the hard work. And I am still growing like we all try to do. I am a masterpiece and a unique being. I deserve the biggest and truest love and light to surround me.

I’m not one for daily affirmations, but this stream of consciousness, I will repeat to myself.

🦩🦩Traveled to FL a few times this month for music, and I am so thankful that music takes me to lovely places. The first few pics were with (we had a blast!) and I think I was excited to sit next to this pink flamingo heehee the last pic I took at 🦩🦩 not sure why pink flamingos were all in my face, but I’m happy here.
