Posted • 5 months post surgery! This arm suffered a distal biceps tendon tear just before started working with me. I am so incredibly proud of this guy and his work ethic coming back from this surgery! 5 months of no non-sense bull s**t free, balls to the wall training, and this is what you get! We have used several awesome tools like the bars and the bars! Incredibly valuable tools for your tool box!

They’re like the lovechild of sn**ch pulls and jumping jacks. 😆 I only filmed one set of each exercise so I could stay on top of the clock and stay out of my head trying to correct 38486642 things. Dear god, now that I’m not on the clock I wanna change 8384774938 things.

🌎🌏🌍 Posted • Wrapping up a 2 week trip that started on the Amazon and is ending at 12000 feet in Cusco, Peru. Made it to Machu Picchu Tuesday where made an appearance. Couldn’t have had a better time....the Inca were an amazing people and extraordinary engineers. Enjoy the 4th of July as we will be traveling home. .
