Coping Skills Choice Board and Reward Chart

Children with autism often struggle to regulate their emotions, especially when upset. Use this chart to provide your child with coping skills and calming strategies when upset.

Simply print and post this somewhere your child can have access to daily. Each time your child makes desired choice on their own or from their Choice Board give them a sticker/ checkmark. Once the chart is complete give your child their desired reward. Rewards can be as small as a movie night or as big as a trip to the toy shop.
