The results are in! Congratulations to our team, candidates, and clients on a great first quarter!

Thanks for a great time, New Orleans! We had a blast at and learned so much as usual. It was great seeing clients, friends and colleagues, and we always enjoy the opportunity to exchange ideas.

Parting is such sweet sorrow!

We are sad to see that our last day together has arrived, but wish these two rockstars the absolute best in their future adventures.

Dom is off to law school at Duke after 10 great months as an OLP intern, where he performed a mountain of client and candidate research, tackled a few cold calls, and provided a fun and calming presence to our crew. Dom, we'll miss your weekend recaps in the Monday meetings!

Devin is headed into her senior year at UGA with law school next on the list. She completed her second summer as an OLP intern, and once again, shared her incredible research and writing skills with us as well as her easy disposition.

We were so fortunate to have these two with us and hope that they remember us as they move through the legal community in the coming years.

📣 Meet Rachel Bernstein, Director of Associate Recruiting

We’re thrilled to welcome Rachel Bernstein to our OpusLex family! As the Director of Associate Recruiting, she brings a strong foundation in legal recruiting and a genuine passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.

Here’s a little more about Rachel in her own words:

💼 What brought you to legal recruiting?
“I began my career in elementary education as a 2nd grade teacher, driven by a deep passion for teaching and helping others grow. With both of my parents being teachers, I had dreamed of teaching since I was little.

After leaving the classroom, I transitioned into luxury consignment fashion sales. While I enjoyed aspects of the role, I found myself wanting more and realized I wasn’t truly passionate about the work. That changed when I discovered legal recruiting, where I’ve thrived by building connections and supporting professional development.”

💡 What do you love most about this work?
“My favorite part is the opportunity to build relationships and connect with people every day. I love learning about someone’s goals, motivations, and experiences, and then helping them take the next step in their career. Being able to support both candidates and clients through major professional decisions is incredibly rewarding.”

🗣 Any advice for job seekers in the legal field?
“Don’t rush the process. Take the time to find a role and environment where you’ll be happy and genuinely enjoy the people you work with. Culture and connection matter just as much as the work itself and finding the right fit can make all the difference in your long-term success.”
