“Hi I’m Quin Waldrop, an Industrial Engineer from Atlanta Georgia, and I’m currently doing my last co-op rotation at Coca-Cola this semester. One cool thing about me is that I absolutely love to cook, so I took a cooking course at Le Cordon bleu in Paris! I love BOPSOP because I’m really passionate about helping children and I am so excited for this year!” ✨✨✨

“I’m Irene Cho and I’m a second year majoring in mechanical engineering! I was born in South Korea, but lived in China and Taiwan before moving to New Jersey in the 7th grade, so I’ve moved around a lot! I joined BOPSOP because it allowed me to give back to the local community. BOPSOP is really unique in that it lets you make genuine connections with the students throughout the year. At times, I’ve realized I learn just as much from them as they learn from me!” ✨✨✨

“Hi, I’m Mira Peykova and I’m a third year premed Biology major from Duluth, GA! I was born in Bulgaria though, so this summer when I went back to visit family, I hiked one of eastern Europe’s most strenuous (and stunning) trails in the Balkan mountains! I joined BOPSOP because, as a future pediatrician, there is nothing more rewarding for me than to see the positive impact I’ve made on a child while simultaneously earning their trust and friendship!” ✨✨✨

“Hey guys my name is Samuel Gyorfi, and I’m a junior studying Industrial Engineering. I grew up in Leesburg, Georgia, which is three hours south of Atlanta. If I had to brag about anything, it would be that I inline skated for sport and once did an 87 mile race from Athens to Atlanta. Out of everything I have done in college, BOPSOP has been by far the most rewarding because I find giving back to the community both incredibly relaxing and deeply satisfying. I would recommend joining this organization to everyone!”

Believe In Our Purpose Share Our Plan is a Georgia Tech organization dedicated to serving inner-city schools for kids K-5! Our volunteers are committed to spending two hours each week tutoring and mentoring children while simultaneously forging a bond and building strong relationships with each and every child!

Please join us this semester with a one hour a week commitment to help mentor elementary students through The Stewart Center. Returning volunteers can come to orientation THIS Wednesday as well as any of the additional date provided for new volunteers. Interest link is below:
