World Bee Day 🍯🐝 Our rooftop residents are buzz-y at work — we’re raising over 1 million bees and producing nearly 1,000 lbs of honey each spring 🌼 From hive to table, our rooftop honey sweetens our cocktails, desserts, and dishes. A little sustainability, a little local flavor, and a lot of bee-lieving in our community. 💛 Special thanks to our friends at Georgia State University for creating our signature rooftop bee mural! 🎨🐝

Celebrating 50 years with our friends at the Atlanta Botanical Garden🌿✨ Chef Thomas Mckeown returned this week the Botanical Garden's Fresh Plate Series live demo, highlighting Georgia-grown products and sharing a taste of the region—complete with a special Wagyu treat (from the Polaris menu!)🔥 Proud to be back as longtime partners for this annual event, and congrats to everyone at the Botanical Garden for 50 years in our community!
