It’s Love Your Pet Day, so I have to give a special shoutout to Riley, my little diva - and her new foster brother Buster 🥰 He came from the local county shelter and he’s a really fun dude. It’s been wonderful to see him relax and come out of his shell this week (he got bit by something as a stray so that's why he has the odd forehead buzzcut!)! 🐾❤️

I wanted to share this awesome pup who is looking for a home.

Bromley was rescued as an orphaned newborn by Bosley's Place Inc., a wonderful organization in the Atlanta metro. He was bottle fed and loved and nurtured in a foster home. And now he has celebrated his first birthday and he is now most definitely ready for his forever home. ✨

He is past the chaotic puppy phase but is still a young soul with a full life ahead of him. Now for the GREAT news: he’s leash trained, potty trained, crate trained and he knows basic cues. He is dog friendly & kid friendly. He’s easy going, adapts well to new surroundings and enjoys social outings. 🥰

It’s here - the greatest weekend in “sports”! I missed the first airing of the 2025 Corgi Races on ESPN2 - “The Ocho” this weekend - but it will re-air on Sunday morning at 12:30a eastern (9:30p Saturday pacific)! Record it or stay up and watch - I can GUARANTEE it’s an action-packed, adorable half hour of TV 🏁

Where is Alex?!? You may notice me - and Mike - missing from Weather Unfiltered more often. We are taking on a different assignment the next few weeks, which has us covering severe weather late night on altering weeks (this week is mine). So while you won’t see us on WU, you’ll see us breaking into late night programming as severe weather warrants. We hope to be back together as a full team in June 🙂
