The Best Panna Cotta!!! SOTTO SOTTO
RECIPE: Make Sotto Sotto’s Panna Cotta Panna cotta is a smooth, creamy dessert that relies on a few high-quality ingredients. Sotto Sotto’s chef and owner Riccardo Ullio shared the recipe for his version of panna cotta made with whole cream and flavored with vanilla, coffee beans and lemon zest.
We are currently seeking a full time food runner/expo at Sotto Sotto in Inman Park. The ideal candidate should be organized and work efficiently as this is a very fast paced position. Three quick announcements.
At Sotto Sotto, we’ve installed an air cleaning technology that improves the air you breathe by significantly reducing airborne particulates and pathogens. This patented technology, known as needlepoint bipolar ionization (NPBI™) by Global Plasma Solutions, introduces ions into the space via the airflow from our ventilation system. This technology cleans the air safely, without introducing ozone or other harmful by-products. Sotto Sotto will be open for extended hours next Sunday for Valentine’s Day. We will open for lunch next Sunday, February 14 at 11:30 AM and stay open until 11pm. All other restaurants will be open their regular hours.

Friends, It was 22 years ago tomorrow….
Join us if you can tomorrow night and this weekend as we celebrate our anniversary with a new black truffle menu. The black truffle, scientifically knows as “Melanosporum Vitt”, in France is called "Truffle du Perigor,” and in Italy is called "Tartufo nero Pregiato di Norcia.”
The black truffle is very different from the white. It’s less perfumed, but has a much deeper, intoxicating flavor. It's also better cooked than shaved raw, and I have been working on several new dishes with it. I don’t have the menu finalized yet, but let’s say that I made a very interesting gelato with it...
