Robinson, Sr.

Bishop Robinson held a special place in our hearts; he and our founder shared a profound friendship, and he graciously welcomed our founder to serve on the Board of Directors of the Gospel Music Workshop of America’s Quartet Division (The Shifters). We celebrate the remarkable impact Bishop Robinson had on the lives of all who knew him.

Our heartfelt sympathies also extend to Bishop Darrel Petties, DJ Allen, Sonya Maddox, and Chyvona Boyd, all of whom served under Bishop Robinson and have a direct connection to the GTA Awards.
