Hey Everyone! As some of you have noticed, there's a fresh countdown clock on my site for tomorrow at 12pm noon EST.

Well, we have something very special planned. My good friend, and one of my absolute favorite artists, Jock and I have decided to do his upcoming Absolute Batman #22 release through my website! Jock and I have decided to partner for this release because he wants to cater directly to his fans rather than going through a store or dealer. He feels as strongly as I do that it's you guys that make this happen for us so giving back this way feels like the right thing to do. I've also talked to Jock about these groups so I'm hoping he'll drop in personally to say hello!

DROP DETAILS!

Tomorrow's drop will have 2 editions available-

Cardstock trade dress- limited to 750 editions online($50)

Virgin foil virgin- limited to 650 editions online($65)

In addition you can get your book(s) signed by Jock, Jock and Scott Snyder, Remarked/sketched by Jock, and CGCed. We'll also have a mystery item both sold as part of the bundle or on it's own! I believe this is the first time Jock has offered remarked books so this is a rare opportunity.

Hi Everyone, wanted to give you all an update on the scheduled Whatnot live for Mark's Absolute Batman #21 Flipside variant release that was supposed to take place on Friday(June19th) at 2pm EST. Due to Scott Snyder having to have emergency dental surgery on Friday due to a cracked mollar and Mark dealing with a severe flu, we've decided to postpone the Whatnot live. It's not what either of them wanted and they were both excited to talk to everyone.

But here's the good news- ComicSketchArt has spoken to both Mark and Scott and we think we came up with something really cool. We're moving the Whatnot live to July the 8th from noon EST to 9pm where we'll not only drop the remaining Absolute Batman #21 flipside variants but we're also going to be doing one of our mass sales and giveaways like we did 6 weeks ago! We'll also be broadcasting once again from Scott's studio and will be including a ton of guest appearances from across the Absolute universe. There's going to be announcements for who'll be included soon but trust me, these are major talents. It's shaping up to be the biggest Absolute live event ever put on. We'll have a huge amount of exclusives available(including Scott's personal comps), a ton of giveaways, big announcements, live art, and some of the biggest talent in comics all in one room to chat and answer your questions.

If you ordered any of Mark's Absolute Batman #21 Two-face variants, all books that are unsigned or signed by Mark will be shipping out in the next few weeks. This will delay the shipping of all duel signed and remarked books until Mark and Scott can sign them all together on July 8th. Those books will be shipped out quickly after the Whatnot live stream. Luckily this is still within the shipping window we listed when they went on sale.

Mark and Scott are both disappointed they can't make the 19th Whatnot live happen but are excited for what we and they have planned for the 8th. We promise that it's going to be well worth the wait!

Hey everyone! It's that time again and this time we have something huge! Dropping tomorrow June 11th at 12 noon EST Is my latest variant for Absolute Batman #22!

Issue 22 features the origin of Harley Quinn and how she becomes the leader of the Red Hood Gang. Mark spent a ton of time on this cover getting it just right. He tells us that he's been excited to draw Harley since they first announced her and this might be his favorite cover so far! Due to the embargo from DC, we won't be revealing the cover until the drop on the 11th.

THIS IS A PRE-ORDER! Books will not ship until after San Diego Comic Con July 22nd-26th!

As mentioned, the drop will take place on June 11th(tomorrow) at 12:00pm EST on Mark's website store. Brigade members will have early access at 11:00am EST for an hour early jump and a 10% discount code.

STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO ENSURE A EASY DROP!

The link will be posted in the member's blog for the members only store at 11:00am EST and then in various places around social media including the various Absolute Batman groups on Facebook at 12:00pm noon EST. Once the link is active you can click it to get into the store. If for any reason the store won't open for you or you are redirected, close your browser fully and reopen it. Also ensure your cache is cleared so your phone or computer doesn't open an older version of the page. Largely this is what causes the page not to load properly.

MEMBERS!-make sure you are entering the private membership store from my actual blog and not anywhere else like the Shopify App. If you use the Shopify App it will not allow you to enter the store for the private pre-sale. Lastly, make sure you are logged into your membership account! If you are logged out you won't be able to access the store.

REMARKED/SKETCHED BOOKS!- We are only allowing one remarked book per order. With only 20 available across the drop, we want to make sure everyone has a chance. If you order more than one remarked book your order will be cancelled and the remarked editions returned to the store. We will be cross referencing email addresses, names, and physical addresses in real time so trying to use more than one account will be caught quickly.

We will also be randomly inserting 20 special graffiti tag signature editions that also include a Scott Snyder "notes from Gotham" blurb to random people that purchased a signed edition. These will be done completely randomly so you automatically have the chance to pull a super rare edition just by purchasing!

Hey everyone! As promised, it's time for the final exclusive drop for Absolute Batman #21 featuring the Two-face Flipside variant. This book will feature a matte finished cardstock cover with silver spot foiled poker chips across the cover. 

As mentioned previously, this will only be made available to people that purchased one or both of the previous #21 variants as well as all Brigade members. Even if you didn't purchase either of the first two, as a Brigade member, you get access to the hidden store!

HOW IT WILL WORK-

At 12PM noon EST you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to the secret store. We have already loaded the store up and tested everything so it's good to go. It's very important that you go into your email and add [email protected] to your contact list. This will help avoid the email being delayed as well as stop it from landing in your spam folder. We recommend you go into your Brigade account and double check the email you listed to make sure it's correct. We will be emailing everyone at the same time so everyone has the same shot at acquiring a book. That said, we have no control over how quickly your email provider will send you the email. The majority of people will receive the email instantaneously but there's always a few that say they never got it or it arrived late.  We unfortunately have no control over that since it's an issue with your provider and not our site or email account. We recommend due diligence to make sure you are receiving emails properly and timely.

There is no discount code for this drop. The Brigade benefit for this drop is access to the store even if you didn't order the first 2 variants. 

ONE ITEM PER ORDER!

We have instituted a one item per order system in hopes of avoiding bots and resellers. That said, there will only be 500 issues available. With over 1400 orders and a few hundred Brigade members, this means that there will most likely be some people that miss out. We are doing our level best to make this as fair and easy so everyone gets a fair shot.  There won't be any throttling of amounts or timed releases, all 500 books will hit the store at the same time. 

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE STORE LINK! This is a special sale only for previous #21 buyers and Brigade members. Because of this, we will be cross referencing all orders for the Flipside variant with the email list. Any order made by someone who wasn't a buyer of the earlier #21 and/or isn't an active Brigade member will see their order promptly cancelled with no opportunity to buy again. You do not have to be both a previous #21 buyer and a Brigade member to order! As long as you are at least one or the other, you qualify.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

And yes, you read that right. The Mystery Item will include 2 items and be different than the Mystery Item from the original #21 drop! So, if you got the mystery item from the first listing, this will be something different.

ORDER CANCELATIONS-

We are allowing a 24 hour cancellation window after the drop ends. If you find you need to cancel your order you will need to let us know at [email protected] by 12pm noon EST June 5th. After that time, all orders will be considered locked in. 

SHIPPING TIMES-
This book does not release until the middle of June. At the Whatnot Live event on June 19th, all books for the first two variants plus the Flipside variant will be signed by Scott and I. As listed previously, shipping is guaranteed 6-8 weeks from the release date. We typically get your books out far ahead of the 6-8 week window but please allow that time before inquiring about the status of your order. 

CGC ORDERS-

CGC orders can take an additional 8-12 weeks. Unfortunately we have no control over orders sent to CGC for grading but do our best to get the books to them quickly and promptly ship them off to you as soon as they are returned by CGC. Please await the listed expected timeline before inquiring about status of your order.
