As my speaking portfolio continues to grow globally, I am seeking to hire support with submissions, scheduling, and travel coordination.

This is a part-time, ongoing role.

Responsibilities include:

• Submitting speaker applications from a provided list

• Following up with event organizers

• Managing calendar and key deadlines

• Booking travel and creating itineraries

This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
