August 6th marks 5 years of Red Rice… and this year, I’m taking a moment to say THANK YOU… to ME! ❤️

I thank ME for believing what God said about me, even when I couldn’t see the whole picture. I thank God for giving me the strength, the vision, and the hands to keep cooking with love through every season.

I want to thank my children, my parents, and my family for always having my back through it all. Your love, prayers, sacrifices, and encouragement have carried me more times than you’ll ever know.

To my amazing customers… there is no Red Rice without YOU. Thank you for trusting me to feed you and your families for the past 7 years. Every plate you’ve purchased, every friend you’ve referred, every encouraging word you’ve spoken has helped build this dream.

This journey hasn’t been easy. There were days I felt like giving up, days I questioned everything, and days I wondered how I was going to make it. But I’m a New Yorker… quitting has never been an option. We keep pushing. We keep believing. We keep showing up.

Every challenge has made me stronger. Every setback has prepared me for something greater. And through it all, one thing has never changed…
