Rico Wade () passed away on April 13 2024 at the age of 52 and was laid to rest Friday April 26 2024. As a member of the pioneering production group Organized Noize () and a founding member of the Dungeon Family () , Wade played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of Southern hip-hop. He worked on multiple albums that helped launch the careers of many artists, such as Outkast (), Goodie Mob () , Killer Mike (), Janelle Monáe () and even his own younger cousin, Future ().
Wade’s cause of death has not been released.
He will be missed. -

Atlanta 6/13/2020:
On Friday 6/12/2020 an unarmed black family man named was shot and killed by 2 Caucasian Atlanta Police officers at this Wendy’s. The very next day a protest was held at this location, followed by Wendy’s being burned down.
