I had this thought a few days ago…..Some of you have spent so much time surviving that you never got the chance to feel what survival actually cost you.

The cost of always being “the strong one”

The cost of swallowing what you really felt.
The cost of carrying pain, disappointment, heartbreak, resentment, and grief for years because life didn’t stop long enough for you to process it.

You survived. And that has been the badge of honor.

But some part of you has been waiting for the moment when survival was no longer the assignment.

After working with so many clients, I’ve found that what isn’t expressed doesn’t disappear.

It gets stored.

In the body.
In the nervous system.
In our relationships.
In the stories we keep telling ourselves.
It eve reflects in your finances, your health.

My question is are you ready to release it. The right way.

On June 28, Shelah Marie and I are bringing women together for a day of movement, release, breathwork, deep emotional processing, connection, healing, and truth.

A space to stop holding it all.
A space to finally feel it.
To be held
A space to move what’s been trapped and reconnect with the woman underneath everything she’s been carrying.

Now is the time to release the excess weight so that you can walk fully in your power. To lighten your frequency, to remove the leftover debris.

There’s so much I want to say and post. But I need to start with my thank you’s. This was my first time being invited to .asprey . And it was such an honor… Thank you for truly seeing me 2 years ago.
You and .asprey have changed my life. I’ve learned so much and continue to be wow’d by everything your team creates.

I knew that NO ONE would know me at beyond biohacking being the “newbie,” and that I would be bringing something new and different that they had never experienced. So I was really excited when I was told there were no seats left and we had a line outside the door. I’m like whaaaat!! But of course I turned no one away. We all packed in there.

To see all of tears and the breakthru’s happening during my SUPERHUMAN activation and to hear the heartfelt stories everyone shared with me and the feedback. It literally brought me to tears. I’m just so thankful....Thank you, thank you, to everyone who came and tapped in…

Thank you to my family, team and everyone who helped me put this together so beautifully. I know it was a lot of work. But you did it with so much love and support (you were everything)

Today is my birthday.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life has a way of delivering gifts in packages you never would have picked for yourself.

The plot twists. The miracles. The people. The lessons.

Looking back, I wouldn’t trade any of it.

Looking ahead, I have a feeling the best chapters haven’t been written yet. ✈️Headed to Austin for tomorrow is going to be to be EPIC 🔥
