Live from stage at the 2026 Social Media Revenue Summit in Atlanta! Great group of doctors and business owners in the room. We talked trends and the newest social media / AI growth strategies that are making bank.
The only thing for certain about the American economy.
Being perfect on video creates a degree of skepticism in people because subconsciously we perceive it as inauthentic. That’s another reason you have to be careful with AI generated content. You can turn people off very easily.
If you mess up when you’re shooting a video that's ok. Join the club. It makes you look human and that's what builds trust.
It’s also smart to go LIVE on the big four social media channels periodically. You can't edit the mistakes. Prepare well and master your craft but make sure your audience can still relate as you grow.
There's a sweet spot between authority and relatability.
In an Internet increasingly flooded with synthetic content, that combination is becoming a serious competitive advantage. It's interesting how AI is raising the value of proof-of-human.

It's pretty wild how fast ChatGPT is being adopted. When consumer behavior changes this quickly money moves with it. When I was searching online today I saw this. 37% of ages 50–64 have reportedly used ChatGPT! That destroys the idea that this is primarily Gen Z playing with AI.
For chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, attorneys and financial professionals... these are often some of the most economically valuable customers.
This isn't just college kids, tech bros and AI nerds.
Every massive fortune created by the Internet came from recognizing a change in human behavior before everyone else understood its economic implications.
Search → Google.
Social connection → Facebook.
Video → YouTube.
E-commerce → Amazon.
Answers/recommendations → AI.
I watched this exact movie play out with social media.
First, many chiropractors and businesses ignored it. Then, they laughed at it or experimented a little. After awhile, everyone realized their customers were spending hours per day there and scrambled to catch up.
AI is following the same trajectory except the movie is playing at 10X speed.
The biggest mistake you can make right now is thinking the opportunity is simply learning how to use ChatGPT. That's useful but it's not where the REAL money's at.
The big opportunity is positioning your practice or business where this massive shift in human attention, search, and buying behavior has headed.
When someone asks AI who the best chiropractor, functional medicine doctor, attorney, consultant or business is… ChatGPT has to recommend somebody and you want it to be you.
It doesn't matter if we like AI or not.
The people who buy from us are increasingly using it.
