When architecture, craftsmanship, and hospitality come together… the result is unforgettable.
This Supper Club evening was unlike anything we’ve hosted before.
Instead of a restaurant, we gathered inside a stunning private residence—an extraordinary home designed by Michael Ladisic of Ladisic Fine Homes. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just dinner… it was an experience.
✨ An open-air setting under the stars
✨ A thoughtfully layered spring tablescape
✨ A menu curated to reflect the season
✨ Conversations that lingered long after dessert
Michael’s approach to design—timeless, intentional, and elevated—set the tone for the entire evening. Every detail of the home, from the soaring ceilings to the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, created the perfect backdrop for connection and community.
But what made the night special wasn’t just the setting.
It was the energy around the table—women gathering with intention, sharing stories, and experiencing something truly meaningful together.
This is what the Eating With Erica Supper Club is all about.
✨ Community
✨ Creativity
✨ Conversation

Some evenings feel like art—beautifully composed, intentional, and unforgettable.
This was one of them.
I recently hosted an intimate Supper Club dinner at Little Sparrow alongside the incredible Glennda Baker—and it was everything I love about gathering.
✨ Candlelight.
✨ Thoughtful conversation.
✨ A table designed to make every woman feel seen.
From the warm, moody ambiance to the French-inspired cuisine and autumn tablescape layered in gold, blush, and rich seasonal tones—every detail was curated with intention.
But what made the evening truly special wasn’t just the setting—it was the energy in the room.
Glennda shared something that stayed with me:
“Influence isn’t about competition—it’s about connection.”
And that’s exactly what this night embodied—women coming together, sharing stories, building relationships, and leaving inspired.
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be part of something meaningful, beautiful, and deeply intentional… this is it.

There’s nothing like the smell of fresh bread.
Warm, crusty, just out of the oven… it’s one of those simple details that instantly elevates a meal—whether you’re hosting or just enjoying a quiet moment at home.
Atlanta has some incredible bakeries that truly understand the craft—from artisan sourdough to classic European loaves and everyday staples you’ll keep coming back for.
✨ Think:
• Perfectly baked sourdough + baguettes
• Buttery brioche + focaccia
• Classic sandwich loaves for everyday meals
• Local spots rooted in craftsmanship and flavor
Some of my go-to favorites include TGM Bread, Colette Bread & Bakeshop, Sweet Auburn Bread Company, and Alon’s Bakery—each bringing something special to the table.

Some of the best meals you’ll ever have… aren’t where you expect them.
Not behind white tablecloths.
Not in trendy dining rooms.
But tucked inside gas stations, next to auto shops, and hidden in plain sight.
From crispy wings and iconic smash burgers to authentic tacos and smoky BBQ, these spots prove one thing—great food is about flavor, not location.
If you love discovering hidden gems and eating like a true local, this list is for you.
✨ Think:
• Cult-favorite burgers
• Lemon pepper wings done right
• Street tacos packed with flavor
• Comfort food that hits every time
Trust me… these are the places people don’t tell you about—but always go back to.

The right space sets the tone, elevates the experience, and makes your event feel intentional—not just another reservation.
From intimate French-inspired dining rooms to iconic Buckhead staples and chef-driven Southern concepts, these are the restaurants that understand private dining.
✨ Think:
• Private rooms designed for 12–30 guests

✨ A quick lunch that still feels intentional…
These Tuna Salad Boats are one of my go-to meals when I want something that’s fresh, satisfying, and effortless—without sacrificing flavor. They come together in about 15 minutes and always deliver.
Think:
🐟 Albacore tuna with a clean, balanced flavor
🥒 Crisp celery + red onion for texture
🌿 Fresh herbs + a touch of acidity to brighten everything
🥬 Served in romaine for a light, elevated finish
It’s a simple shift—but swapping bread for lettuce makes it feel lighter, fresher, and a little more intentional.
Perfect for:
✔ Quick weekday lunches
✔ Work-from-home meals
✔ Casual hosting moments
Save this for later—you’ll come back to it more than you think.

✨ If you’re looking to elevate your next gathering, start here…
This Perfect Caviar Board is one of my go-to ways to create a moment that feels intentional, refined, and effortless—without overcomplicating anything. It’s interactive, beautifully layered, and always sets the tone the second guests arrive.
Think:
🥂 A single, high-quality tin of caviar (less is more)
🥖 Blinis + lightly toasted brioche
🐟 Smoked salmon for richness
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs for balance
🌿 Crème fraîche, dill, capers, and red onion to bring it all together
The goal isn’t excess—it’s composition. When paired thoughtfully, even one tin of caviar can anchor an entire board that feels generous and complete.
It’s the kind of detail that makes a dinner feel elevated without saying a word.
Save this for your next hosting moment—you’ll come back to it.
