Georgia Tech creativity is going global.

Crossing Grounds: Art, Design and Technology opens July 28 at the Korea Foundation Gallery in Seoul, bringing together artists, designers, engineers, and researchers from across Georgia Tech. Through interactive installations, robotics, immersive environments, AI, textiles, architecture, and digital media, the exhibition demonstrates how creative practice drives innovation and global collaboration.

Georgia Tech Arts is proud to support this international exhibition celebrating the intersections of art, design, and technology.

The 2026 IBB Art Gallery & Showcase brought together original artwork from students, postdocs, faculty, and staff, celebrating the intersection of art and science. The selected works are now on view in the IBB Suddath Seminar Room.

We're thrilled to see Georgia Tech Arts' Assistant Director of Producing & Residencies featured in ArtsATL for his original one-person play, Blerdman, premiering during Theatrical Outfit's Launchpad 2.0: A Made in Atlanta Festival.

The article explores Atlanta's growing investment in new works by local playwrights and highlights Blerdman—a deeply personal story that follows a lifelong Black nerd turned superhero on a journey to rediscover the source of his power.

A Georgia Tech Arts Catalyst Grant helped make possible an immersive arts residency at the historic Penn Center on St. Helena Island, South Carolina.

Bringing together students, faculty, and staff from across Georgia Tech, the residency explored artistic practice, cultural heritage, and interdisciplinary collaboration through hands-on workshops, creative exploration, and community engagement.
