🎉 Two organizations. One mission. One unforgettable evening.

The RICE Awards Foundation 501c3 is proud to join forces with RICE Chairman Atty Brian Poe and RICE sponsor Georgia Injury Attorneys at the Inaugural Chairwoman's Ball honoring and supporting fellow RICE Awards Board Member, Chairwoman Alieka Anderson-Henry, on Saturday, June 6, 2026. As we begin the month of May and reflect on our April highlights, we are proud to celebrate an extraordinary milestone for one of our own. Our friend and 2025 Torch Award honoree Jace C. Gatewood, Esq., Dean Emeritus of John Marshall Law School, has been sworn in and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court—an achievement that reflects the very highest standards of the legal profession. His dedication, excellence, and leadership continue to inspire all who know him. Moments like this remind us why we created the Torch Award: to recognize individuals who truly elevate their fields. Congratulations, Jace—your light burns brighter than ever, and all Torch Award winners share in that pride.
