JN France Hospital Donation
Last month my charity, Initial Step Foundation (ISF), shipped our most significant donation. The first went to The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College Nursing program, and the second to six preschools on the island. This shipment is to the Joseph N. France General Hospital in St. Kitts.
Special thanks to Michael Carr in Atlanta, Gayle Cranston at JN France, and Cedric Liburd in St. Kitts for facilitating the smooth transfer.

We are in the home stretch of our 2017 campaign. Focusing on six preschools with 350 children in St. Kitts.

The cornerstone of this donation is supplying dental hygiene kits for each student, and I'm proud to say we have achieved that goal. However, we are short on the accompanying books to complete the kits. Go to the link below and purchase a couple books, or as many as you'd like, to help us reach our goal.

Support for battered women and children shelter

Our 2016 winter project was to collect supplied for the a battered women and children's shelter. Our volunteers, supporters and friend again went to bat for ISF and we donated over $4000 of supplies.

Spring 2016
Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) and in particular the Health Science Division
In 2016, with the help of our donors, we sent over 30 boxes of equipment and supplies (valued at about $40K) to the nurses' clinical skills laboratory at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) in St. Kitts-Nevis. The items are being used in the Health Science Division by the nursing students as they strive to develop their confidence and competence in clinical nursing practice. The skills they learn at the school will be put to use in the islands' hospitals and improve the health care offered to the population. Below are photographs of volunteers packing boxes and students of CFBC school of nursing using the donated supplies. Thanks to all our supporters and friends for their valiant efforts.

December 2014
As well as being an Atlanta wedding photographer, Jaxon Photography is committed to helping those less fortunate and I play a pivotal role in a number of different charitable initiatives. On the Saturday before Christmas in 2014, some of our photographers, friends and volunteers gathered at our studio for our second annual senior care project. Its purpose is to do our bit to be part of the solution to help our neighbors. Joining us in doing their part this year were Louisa Cox, Veronica Thomas, Jarrod Harris, Cedric Griffin, Michael Carr, Sonya McGee our two student volunteers Brittany, Jalen and of course Terrell Clark captured the moment for us. We made 50 care boxes for needy seniors around the city. The packages were delivered to churches who then arranged for distribution to the most needy parishioners.

Thanks to all who donated, volunteered and distributed the packages to those in need. The focus of the Initial Step Foundation is to encourage generosity to our neighbors.

The focus of the Initial Step Foundation charity is to encourage generosity to our neighbors. For our first project we made 50 care boxes that we delivered to neighborhood churches for needy seniors in their congregation.
This effort would not be possible without the support of our clients, so many thanks to you all. These gifts were made on your behalf. Also my friends, who led by example, gave of their time and resources and came to the studio to pack boxes on their day off. I look forward to your continued support as we move forward.
