What a great Holiday weekend! Volunteered on Saturday and watched my Buckeyes win their first game. Short bike on Sunday. Walked Mingus on Monday. Weather was perfect.

Coach put it on us today! Whoo Wee! We started with 10 timed 100 meter sprints! I had to get my mind right on that one. I definitely left it all in the pool. 🥵 Nap time.

The Comeback continues. I decided to ride solo since my crew was either riding hills or riding fast and long. What a mood booster to see my cycle family this morning. I didn’t realize how much I missed seeing everyone. I’m Blessed to be back out there today. 🚴🏾‍♂️🙏🏾😊

Great time today reuniting with my fellow Buckeyes! In town today for the National Championship Game. Cheerleader and football players together again. 40 years later and it seems like yesterday. Our bond forever as Buckeyes! It was so fun strolling down memory lane. Now let’s win this Championship!

I started off the evening in a bad mood after my Buckeyes lost. Then I went to hear great jazz music. Tyrone Jackson and Friends did the trick. My Husbae was called on stage. A great evening with music and friends lifted my mood.
