We're excited to share a look at a new skilled nursing facility in Nashville, Tennessee, with construction starting soon!

This single-story, approximately 84,443-square-foot facility will feature 111 units, thoughtfully planned to support residents, caregivers, and the day-to-day needs of a modern skilled nursing environment.

The project extends beyond the building itself, with site improvements that include new roads, sidewalks, walking paths, terraces, and patio areas, creating accessible outdoor spaces and connections throughout the property.

At Rutledge Design Group, we value the opportunity to design senior living and healthcare environments that balance functionality, comfort, and a welcoming residential character.

A fresh look and improved functionality are coming to this commercial office building renovation in Smyrna, GA!
The project includes interior and exterior upgrades, including front-facade modifications that add storefront glazing for a more modern look and more natural light.
Inside, the space is being reconfigured with a new office layout, updated restrooms, a break room, conference rooms, and refreshed finishes throughout.
We're excited to see this transformation take shape!

Construction is nearing completion on this approximately 3,845-square-foot office renovation in Savannah, Georgia, designed to support home health and hospice services.
It's exciting to see the design come together as the final finishes are underway. From the updated office spaces to the lighting and interior details, the project is quickly taking shape and getting ready to serve the team.
