It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of our founder, mentor, and friend, Mr. Roy Otis Ashley.

His legacy as a visionary landscape architect, steward of the land, educator, and larger than life character will live on for generations to come. We at RAA Design shall continue to carry on his ideals and teachings and further the principles he instilled upon all who had the pleasure of working with him over the years.
A funeral service will be held at White Plains Baptist Church, 11:00am on Wednesday, June 24th. Interment will follow at the Ashley Family Cemetary in White Plains. Following the service there will be a reception and visitation at Roy's farm. Memorial service will be held at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church, 11:00am on Thursday, June 25th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roy's memory to the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, 1800 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Atlanta, GA 30339.
