The Little Dripper —
When it comes to styling your kitchen, it’s all about finding that balance between functionality and beauty. One of my favorite ways I’ve achieved this is with The Little Dripper — a strainer I use to house my dish scrubber. This clever piece has completely transformed how I organize my kitchen sink area. The strainer is a handmade ceramic piece with a simple yet ingenious design — a spout that hangs neatly over the sink to drain water, keeping everything clean and dry. Unlike standard caddies, this ceramic strainer brings warmth and artistry to the kitchen. It serves as a functional tool while doubling as decor, adding unique charm and a natural stone element to your space. It’s proof that even the most utilitarian parts of our kitchens can have style and personality! 🤎

Mirror Memoirs •
Mirror selfies, you know? We tend to overlook them, but they’re like these little time capsules holding memories. So, here’s me embracing the whole mirror selfie thing this year. No fancy poses, just moments – rocking a new outfit, checking out a cool place, or stumbling on unexpected beauty. Just real life frozen in pixels 🪞💕

India in Japan •
As many of you know, I recently gained the opportunity to travel internationally. The exciting freedom of this new chapter has inspired a new passion: collecting jewelry from one country to wear in another. This isn't just a thrilling experience — it's a celebration of global diversity. This year, from India to Mexico and now Japan, I've embraced this fusion. In Mexico, I wore modern Indian earrings. Just this week in Japan, a store cashier noticed my silver bangle from Jaipur. 'Beautiful,' she said, 'Are you from India?' Her question was a testament to the influence of these pieces — they're more than accessories. As I continue my travels, I’m so excited to wear a piece by a Japanese brand in my next destination. Each piece of jewelry I select is not just an accessory — it's a chapter in my ongoing story of cultural exploration 🇮🇳🇯🇵

Finger-heart •
Even before our trip to Japan, Arjit and I have always adored the finger-heart as our language of love. Preferring it over PDA, this gesture has been our subtle way of sharing moments in public. It was special to witness its use so commonly in Japan, echoing our sweet exchanges both together and with others, like chef Motokichi Yukimura 🫰🏽

When Lightning Strikes Twice •
A year ago, Arjit and I got matching tattoos of a symbol that has reshaped our lives - the lightning bolt. For me, it represented fear growing up, with each flash of lightning in the sky. But now, it has transformed into an emblem of the electric spark within us, a daily reminder of our strength to brighten even the darkest of skies and to keep moving no. matter. what.
As we approach the new year, both according to the Indian calendar and the one just weeks away, let's embrace those signs, symbols, numbers, and other powerful elements that keep us going. And here's to the thunder within — a constant reminder of our strength, energy, and the power of transformation⚡️

Window to The World •
As Diwali arrives tomorrow, our home is enriched not just for the festival but for everyday inspiration — highlighted by a rotating display of coffee table books. Currently, it's open to a beautiful image of a Rajasthani horseman in a vibrant archway, symbolizing the heritage we love. This practice of changing books and pages infuses our space with diverse perspectives and sparks daily conversations, blending nature, art, and much more. It's more than a decoration — it's a window to the world that continuously reshapes the ambiance of our home.
