Hello from little Frida!
During the uncertainty of 2020, I decided to distill my 15+ years of industry experience into an online course to help SMBs learn the insider strategies and tactics I'd learned while working with Fortune 100 companies and global agencies.
It was also meant to be a means for financial freedom. It took me almost four years to complete while I worked a 9-to-6, built my own agency, and all else that I was managing. I was almost always plagued with self-doubt.
I launched my guided, cohort-based course one month ago and almost immediately reached 90% enrollment! And guess what!? I LOVE TEACHING! Seeing the immediate impact this course has for small business owners has been so fulfilling.
A Monday morning reminder that even if it's not perfect, launch and believe in yourself. Here's the link, my next cohort is already filling up 🙏🏾

Today I’m bringing you one of my favorite midday snacks in partnership with !
I LOVE a good toast, and these Nut Butter Toasts topped with Rosemary & Honey are my go-to when I want something sweet, savory, and filling.
The first starts with thinly sliced , sunflower butter, toasted sunflower seeds, salted honey, and fresh rosemary. The second: juicy Rave® apples with creamy peanut butter, crushed honey roasted peanuts, hot honey, and rosemary. The last is made with sweet Rave® apples, a chocolate hazelnut spread, and toasted almonds, truffle honey, and rosemary.
Stemilt is giving everyone a little something to rave about with their Golden Raves contest at www.stemilt.com/goldenraves where you have a chance to win prizes like Gifts for Good, gift cards and more!

I've shared the health challenges I've faced due to 12+ years of managing my systemic lupus.
It wasn't until I took a more proactive approach to learning more about my body through food journaling and stress and sleep tracking that I felt lik regained more control.
While my monitoring my food intake to see how my body reacts to specific foods has helped me track those external elements, it's the .us technology that has enabled me more knowledge and confidence in knowing where my body is at on a daily and even hourly basis!
Through tracking my sleep and workouts, I am able to work intuitively with my body's needs, armed with this new knowledge I otherwise would not have.
Leveraging technology was actually the easiest part of my health journey, I just had to wear and charge the .us watch!
How about you? What proactive steps are you taking for yourself on your health journey? http://cnvrt.us/georgina5

While when it comes to my workspace, I like to keep things as minimal as possible, that doesn’t mean I don’t love a few festive touches intentionally thrown in here and there!
Small functional items like newly released limited-edition boxes designed by interior designer Genevieve Gorder are stylish yet subtle no matter your holiday decor style!
What does your workspace look like this holiday season, more minimal like mine or do you like to go a bit bigger!?
