Evap Coil Cleaning
Am I able to remove this side access panel on the coil and leave it off? It is nearly impossible to remove in one piece with all the refrigerant lines in the way and just the same to reinstall it. I can’t clean from underneath because the furnace is there.

Any suggestions for cleaning? I work in residential apartment maintenance so the coils get very bad even with filter changes.

What should have been a simple bathroom repair has now turned into a full-scale investigation involving 14 trips to Home Depot, three mental breakdowns, and me staring at copper pipes for two straight hours.

I’ve already contacted multiple plumbers and somehow EVERYONE says “hmm that’s an old one.”

Unbelievable. If anyone can identify this valve before I lose my sanity entirely, let me know immediately.

Any advice on resetting a toilet here?
Any help is appreciated, as I'm hoping to avoid paying a ton here.
