Today’s table featured all the late August treasures- local pawpaw, kousa, beauty berries and figs!

Our sandwich cake (smörgåstårta) was part of the sweetest brunch spread for a MOON Organics learning session. All items were vegan and skin nourishing 🌺

Introducing our smörgåstårta, Perennial Tables’s take on a Swedish sandwich cake. Today’s cake was requested to be vegan. It’s filled with fennel pesto, hummus, arugula, golden beets, sauerkraut, cucumber & radishes. Iced with a tofu ricotta. These savory beauties will soon be available small (for 8-10), medium (for 12-18) and large (for 18-26). Available vegetarian or vegan style.

Sweet tooths were satisfied today with double the alllll dessert tables 🍭
