Our Mission

Our mission is to help build the climate conscious workforce of the future.

Managing our usage of carbon dioxide and methane is critical to the preservation of our world. We’ve spent decades researching and understanding the problems, solutions, and repercussions surrounding our changing climate, and we must act now - as a workforce.

If we are to truly mitigate the impact of climate change, we must be willing to not only make better choices in the products we use and the food that we eat, but in the jobs we chose to work.

There are already over 4 million “green" jobs, but it’s going to take many more of us focused every day to achieve a true clean energy ecosystem. Currently the solar and wind industries are leading the growth of the workforce. Since 2012, the number of jobs in the solar industry has doubled from 120,000 to 240,000, but many more are needed for us to keep pace with the growth of solar installations.
