Bitter sweet moment as I get the keys back to the first property I purchased. Tenant as moved out, now time to do a light rehab. Then put on the market to sell. Going using the capital for bigger and better things.

Next project is a personal one. Should be fun ! Moving in sometime in June. More photos coming soon!

Almost done with the last project in Iowa. This had to be the least stressful out of all of them for sure. Team is doing great !

Another project wrapped up by the team in Iowa. Full roof and siding replacement, new paint, floors, all new bathrooms and plumbing. Sounds like the team already has a tenant lined up as well ! Things went very smoothly ! Next step refi and pay back our investor.

Outside is done, inside should be done any day now. Then on to the next.

House is finally on the market for rent. Had lots of fun delays but it is what it is. At least the house looks great! Thanks to everybody who was involved.

Project number 7. Probably going to be the last project of the year. Thank you to all the partners who have come along for the journey. Next year is going to be exciting. This house should kick off mid October.

Interior repairs started last week. Demo was completed last week plumbing started this week. Team is off to a strong start.

This one definitely gave me some grey hair. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Just gotta keep swimming. Will be stabilized soon.
