Last week, we attended the ribbon cutting of The CTR, the transformed former CNN Center. The reimagination of this Atlanta landmark will bring vibrance to Downtown Atlanta by creating a business and entertainment destination for all.
Invest Atlanta was proud to support this redevelopment by facilitating roughly $60M in C-PACE financing. This tool allows us to leverage financing for energy improvements and efficiencies that support Mayor Dickens clean energy goals.

Last week we celebrated the grand opening of a very special pop-up, Be Kind ATL. This giftshop, located on Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta, celebrates partnership, bringing artisans, community partners and Atlanta culture together.
What started as the brainchild of our Neighborhood Revitalization team, Invest Atlanta's BizLabs program is providing small businesses with high-quality, affordable commercial space. With help from Downtown Atlanta and the Downtown Pop-Up Opportunity Fund, entrepreneur Savannah Stephens brought her curated vision to life.

Koncept House is transforming the way small businesses incubate and grow. Founder Anthony Gee has made it his goal to help entrepreneurs grow by developing scalable commercial space to meet their needs. The demand was so great they built a second location, now open in Capitol View.
