What a great day at Mableton Day! 🌳🌞

Today, I had the pleasure of attending the 2nd Annual Mableton Day at Mableton Town Square — one of several incredible parks right here in our city. The energy was amazing! So many smiling faces, food trucks, local sponsors, community partners, and neighbors coming together to celebrate us.

As Chair of the Parks Committee for the Mableton Improvement Coalition, I’m proud to see our green spaces being used, loved, and appreciated. Parks are more than just places to walk or play — they are vital community spaces that support mental health, bring families together, and create a sense of belonging.

Let’s keep the momentum going. Let’s keep investing in our parks. Let’s dream bigger for Mableton. 💚

For the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta, GA metropolitan area, which includes counties such as Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, and Cherokee, the FHA loan limits for a single-family home are as follows:
• One-family property (single-unit): $688,850
• Two-family property (duplex): $881,850
• Three-family property (triplex): $1,065,950
• Four-family property (fourplex): $1,324,750

These limits represent the maximum loan amounts that the FHA will insure for properties in these counties. It’s important to note that these limits can vary by county within the Atlanta metropolitan area. For instance, most other counties in Georgia have a lower limit of $524,225 for a single-family home.
