Goal is to work continuously for 2 minutes on the 4 movements! This will be challenging not to start off with too great intensity as we usually do 1 minute intervals. Be cautious on round 1 and then steady on round 2.
A great score would be 15, 30/25, 15, 10 for the movements per round (total 70/65) and total for 2 rounds 140/130.
If you had 3 hard days this week Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, look to scale the intensity and only work for 60-90 seconds each minute at a moderate pace. This would then be a recovery workout and write this in your notes.
