It’s a rare Thursday opening night for here at the crown jewel of Detroit, - though it is also bittersweet as we say goodbye to an elite group of young professional actors that I admire and respect deeply. There are many talented young people in the world, but there are infinitely fewer who can rise to the task of eight shows per week in starring roles in a different city every seven days with zero days off for months at a time. These actors do that, and do it with humility and with joy. I look forward to the next time I work with the consummate artists , , , , , and .
