The Unbearing was made in Atlanta, through Utah, by a team that gave it their all, and now it’s come full circle with a Best Drama nomination at the Atlanta Spotlight Film Festival.

We couldn’t be prouder of our amazing crew who brought this story to life with heart, grit, and creativity.

We’re looking forward to coming back to Atlanta soon, to celebrate and reconnect with the filmmaking community that helped shape this project.

We’re so honored to return to Alcine 54, one of the oldest and most respected film festivals in Spain, with The Unbearing.

Showing our work here feels full circle. Alcine has always championed bold voices and emerging filmmakers, and being part of that conversation again means a lot to us.

As filmmakers and educators at the University of Utah’s Film & Media Arts Department, we’re especially grateful to share experiences like this with our talented students. Every festival, every screening, becomes part of what we bring back to the classroom.
