The Vision: From 50s Ranch to MCM Icon

The Vision: Reimagining a 1950s Ranch next to Fernbank.

We love a great transformation story. This project took a classic 1950s ranch and, through a full renovation and addition, reimagined it as a striking Mid-Century Modern residence.

In partnership with the brilliant team at Pearce Architects, we honored the clean lines and indoor-outdoor spirit of MCM design while infusing it with modern luxury and performance. The result is a home that is both timeless and perfectly suited for today's lifestyle.

The Challenge: A Two-Story Deck and Pool Oasis.

This project's backyard was a rewarding challenge. We engineered and built a complex two-story deck that seamlessly integrates with a sleek, modern pool, creating multiple zones for relaxing and entertaining.

Here's where our diverse experience comes into play. The client wanted an authentic, wood-fired pizza oven inside their home. Thanks to our extensive work building high-end restaurants, we were able to easily source and install a commercial-grade unit, complete with the necessary ventilation and safety features.

At the Waterfall project, the living space flows seamlessly from inside to out. This covered porch, complete with a cozy fireplace, was designed to be a functional retreat for any season.
