This morning, we hosted the inaugural CRE CARES Awards Breakfast Banquet at The Carter Center’s beautiful Cyprus Room, recognizing individuals, companies, and properties making an outstanding difference through community service.

From creative charitable initiatives to hands-on volunteer work, today’s honorees showcased the powerful impact the commercial real estate industry has on the communities where we live, work, and play.

At CRE CARES, we leverage CRE to spark Community Advancement through Resources, Education, and Support.

On October 25, 2024, commercial real estate professionals and service providers from BOMA Georgia came together for a powerful day of giving back at Decatur Cooperative Ministry.

From early morning to noon, volunteers worked tirelessly on projects that make a meaningful impact, including landscaping, drainage improvements, irrigation setup, cleaning, organizing, roofing, and minor construction efforts.

Partnering with DCM allowed us to support their mission of helping families overcome homelessness and achieve stability. Together, our community strengthened the foundation of a nonprofit that provides safe, hopeful futures for so many in need.
