As a PITCHER , I’ll take a Hard Out over A SOFT HIT , In Reality, results are all that matters. My job is to get OUTS , no matter how they happen. It’s not what they “EXPECT “ you to do, ITS WHAT YOU DO!

This is about making adjustments from one at bat to the next. If you don’t adjust to what they are doing to you , you’ll get punished.

The first time I gave up a homer in the majors was to Andre Dawson, a Hall of Famer … I thought NOBODY could hit my fastball, I FAAFO! 🤷🏾‍♂️ The Hawk can turn anyone’s fastball AROUND! 🫡

Strategy… you don’t have to STRIKEOUT EVERYONE, you just need to STRIKEOUT the right one !
