Five common misconceptions about fitness 🚨
PART 2!!

Today’s topic: NUTRITION
- Going over our BMR and our total daily energy expenditure (TDEE)

- Knowing HOW MUCH you should be eating on a daily basis, focusing on whole, natural foods, and making space for the not so healthy food out there.

A lot of people overcomplicate this, which is possibly delaying your results .
📌Don’t overthink it.

If you notice something is working, don’t switch it up! And let the work you put in the gym actually show, by taking your nutrition seriously! 😤

Part 1: Training and Programming

- Prioritizing progressive overload - making sure you are keeping track of your progress and BUILDING off of that, never staying in the same space. Growth happens with change and challenge and your muscles need that to grow! This goes for my ladies who want to get “toned” and for my men who want to get stronger. Regardless of your goal, gaining muscle has its importance - and the only way to get that muscle is with implementing progressive overlaod. TRUST ME YOU WONT GET “bulky” BY BUILDING MUSCLE!!
- Having a plan, a program, a form of structure for your gym sessions. Making sure you’re being intentional for what you are training for. This means PERSONALIZING a program for YOU!

This is a lot easier said than done, but that’s where Professional like me come in handy ;)
