For Desiree and Galen, we wanted every design element to feel rich, inviting, and romantic. From the florals to the fabric treatments, each layer was thoughtfully placed to create a space that felt warm, elevated, and full of movement.

One of the biggest lessons in growth is realizing you can’t be all hands-on in every single ex*****on of detail when the designs are bigger, the installs are more layered, and the productions require movement from every direction at once. At some point, leadership has to evolve beyond physically touching every arrangement, every setup, and every decision in real time.

In event design and production, there are so many moving parts that people never see. Timelines shifting, installs happening simultaneously, design decisions being adjusted in real time, and an entire team moving together to bring one vision to life. That level of ex*****on only works when there is trust. Trust in the systems, trust in the preparation, trust in the direction, and most importantly trust in the people carrying it out.

For me, growth has looked like learning to release the need to personally execute every single detail and instead fully trust the team we’ve built to carry the vision through. The goal is no longer to have my hands in every moment, but to lead with enough clarity, structure, and direction that the team can confidently execute at a high level without needing me involved in every decision along the way.

The real power is in becoming the kind of leader who can build, guide, and empower a strong team so the vision moves beyond an idea and fully comes to life in a way that feels seamless, intentional, and beautiful.

We work, we learn, we grow. It’s all part of the process we genuinely love. Every event teaches us something new, pushes us a little further, and sharpens what we do. Just getting better and better, one celebration at a time.
