These choices are not for the weak of heart, they are sometimes hard and painful but so was my life before I made a choice to stop drinking. "Recovery My Way" is a page for all who have addictive patterns or behaviors that are causing problems in their life. This is a community created to be a guiding light for those who still suffer from any addiction, alcohol, drugs, food, or just life in general. The interesting fact is that people are addicted to anything and everything outside themselves, all looking for that one thing that will make them complete. There’s only one small catch, there’s nothing outside of us that will ever permanently fill that void. For me, this void can only be filled one conscious choice at a time. Choices that are empowering. Choices that are focused on becoming a better human being.
