NextStep Care Navigation

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley, and I am a registered nurse based in the Atlanta area. I recently launched NextStep Care Navigation to support individuals and families who are navigating complex medical solutions.

As a nurse, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be to manage medications, appointments, treatments, and communication between providers. NextStep Care Navigation offers RN-led care coordination, caregiver guidance, and support to help families feel more organized and confident in managing their loved one’s care.

Services may include medication organization, appointment coordination, education about treatments and symptoms, and in home support when appropriate.
