For more than 21 years, I built a career I loved as a CEO in women’s healthcare. It was meaningful, purpose-driven work and when I retired six years ago, I chose not to slow down, but to begin again.
I went back to school and became a chef and nutritionist.
Cooking quickly became more than a profession. I prepared meals for individuals and families, taught people how to cook with confidence, worked with cancer patients, and delivered meals to those who needed nourishment and care. Again and again, I saw how powerful food can be — not just as fuel, but as comfort, connection, and healing.
And something unexpected kept happening.
My customers started asking for my recipes. They told me my sauces and seasonings were too good to keep to myself.
“You should bottle this,” they said.
“You should sell this.”
That idea stayed with me.
About a year ago, I put my work as a personal chef on hold to focus fully on turning those recipes into something more — something that could reach far beyond my own kitchen.
The journey wasn’t easy. I tested endlessly. I failed often. I threw away countless batches and started over more times than I can count. Through it all, my husband, Mark, was by my side — encouraging me every step of the way, tasting every version, and giving me honest, thoughtful feedback so each recipe could become the very best it could be.
Today, I’ve developed over 25 recipes I truly believe in — recipes I’m proud of and excited to share. As I prepare to bring them to market in 2026, I carry every chapter of this journey with me: the executive, the chef, the caregiver, and the creator who refused to quit.
This brand is about following your passion, trusting the process, and never giving up on what you love.
And this adventure is only just beginning.
