Drowsiness can cause double vision, blurred vision, moving vision, and spatial changes. The surface of the road may look like it's lifting or moving. The visual changes caused by extreme fatigue are similar to those caused by alcohol. Whether drunk or drowsy, stay off the road & sleep it off instead.
