Sometimes life will force you to slow down, not to destroy you… but to reintroduce you to yourself.
I had to learn that every season isn’t meant for constant motion, noise, and proving yourself. Some seasons are for stepping back. Evaluating everything. Your habits. Your mindset. Your environment. Your circle. Your direction.
A lot of us keep trying to survive old versions of our life instead of reconfiguring for the life we actually want.
This season rebuilt me. Smarter. Calmer. More intentional. More aware.
Stop looking at every pause as failure. Sometimes the pause is where the clarity finally finds you.
If you not from up north you prolly won’t understand 😩🤣.
This Era was a time 🕺💃

Life been kicking my ahhh lately, and one thing I’ve been finding peace in is my daily mantras.
There’s 4 steps:
I Write them down.
I read them in my head (no spoken words)
I Then say them out loud in the mirror looking at myself with belief (There’s power in the tongue)
I then create the Vision of what my mantras would look like in real life in my head.
I realized you can’t keep praying for a different life while repeating negative things about yourself every day.
So lately, I’ve been more intentional with the way I speak about myself and the way I take care of myself.
Little things like cleaning my space, opening the blinds in the morning, making fresh food, pouring real ingredients into my body, doing my hair, and creating routines that make me feel good mentally have honestly been helping me more than anything.
Some of my daily mantras are:
“I am beautiful.”
“I am very smart and strong.”
“I finish what I start Everytime”
“I am becoming the woman I said I would be.”
“I am being guided by god in what I am building”
“I move in increments that compound into greater”
“I execute because thinking will not change my life”
And slowly but surely, my habits are starting to match the vision I have for myself.
If life been feeling heavy for you too, let this be your reminder that small routines and the way you speak over your life really do matter.
