Christian Anderson Jr., who has committed to play
basketball at Michigan, has never abruptly moved up or
down a grade in school -- "reclassifying." as it's known in
youth sports -- and has no plans to do so. He did not
accumulate as many scholarship offers as possible or
publicly announce finalists. He does not attend a basketball
powerhouse and he skipped the premier AAU event this
summer. Though unwilling to play the same recruiting game as many
other high-profile prospects, Anderson has found success
anyway. He not only earned an offer from Juwan Howard,
which he accepted before he'd played his sophomore season
of high school, but a spot on Germany's under-16 national
team. He's currently playing in a FIBA tournament in
Bulgaria.

Frankly there is no time for fluff when it comes to a 10-15 year old. The problem is that there are parents who don’t want the truth out there because it’s much more than dropping off and picking up from training sessions. Your kids know who is not dedicated.
