Papa John’s Atlanta will submit a Facebook post for each Sweepstakes Period with a Trivia Question and directions on how to enter by replying to the post with the correct answer. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements and all post requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified. Users are also discouraged from creating multiple accounts to enter any “Sweepstakes.” If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each Entrant may only enter once during each Sweepstakes Period. You must be a member of Facebook in order to participate. 12 winners will receive 4 tickets to an Atlanta Motor Speed Way Thursday Thunder Race for each sweepstakes period. The winner will claim their prize at Will Call at Atlanta Motor Speedway the day of the event. The value of 4 Thursday Thunder Tickets is $20. There will be 12 winners with a total value prize of $240.00. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade in all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing based off entrants who submitted the correct answer (each, a “Winner”), administered by Cardinal Web Solutions, the next business day after each Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via the Facebook account used for entry in the Sweepstakes within one (1) day following the Winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winners’ notification or security settings, or for Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. The receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
