Y’all, we’re so excited to be bringing this ADU to life in Virginia Highlands! There’s something special about turning a vision into reality, and we’re grateful to be part of the process. More details coming soon, but for now, here’s a peek at the progress!

Just put the finishing touches on this exterior renovation! From repairing siding, roofing, gutters, adding a slat wall and fence and a fresh coat of paint, every detail was covered. We’re thrilled with the results!

What we completed:
Brand new red oak floors, full kitchen renovation, waterfall quartz countertops, custom refrigerator panel to match new cabinets, plus a complete utility check up.

Next step: abating the non friable asbestos and repainting.
