This monthโs report highlights the continued impact of the Atlanta BeltLine on Intown neighborhoods and early signs of a shifting market.

For the first time in recent memory, the overall marketโs Average Sales Price dipped into negative territory year-over-year. At the same time, BeltLine-adjacent neighborhoods continue to tell a different story, with nearly every Northeast BeltLine community now averaging over $1M per home.
Over the last decade, the BeltLine has helped fuel billions in investment, thousands of new residents, and major appreciation across surrounding neighborhoods. Bill estimates proximity to the BeltLine alone may have added as much as 20% to nearby home values.
