Reimagining this condo lobby meant honoring the architecture and elevating it for today.

We introduced updated wall finishes with dimensional texture, refined millwork, and statement stone that adds movement and depth. Sculptural lighting brings energy overhead, while tailored furnishings create intentional gathering moments instead of pass-through space.
The result? A lobby that feels current, sophisticated, and welcoming from the moment the doors open.

Because first impressions matter — and shared spaces deserve just as much thought as the homes above them.

One of our favorite parts of the design process is re-imagining what clients already own. Pieces with great bones, history, and meaning—and giving them new life in a fresh setting. Thoughtful design isn’t about starting from scratch; it’s about editing, layering, and knowing what’s worth keeping.

Williams Papadopoulos Design is built on the kind of partnership you can’t manufacture. Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos are in their 23rd year of working side by side—bringing a shared point of view, deep trust, and decades of design intuition to every project. It’s a collaboration shaped by time, experience, and a mutual obsession with getting the details just right.

From early headshots to today, the hairstyles (and fashion choices) may have changed, but the collaboration hasn’t. Twenty-three years in, still designing together, still evolving, still obsessed with the details.

Fireplaces are the soul of any room.
Not just for warmth, but for gathering, anchoring the space, setting the mood, and giving everything around it a reason to linger. Bold and dramatic or soft and sculptural, a fireplace is where architecture and comfort meet.
